CODE OF CONDUCT
Players and parents agree to our code of conduct
IEXEL F.C is run by volunteers who donate their time and services to the club for free. Without this input we would not be able to function.
As well as teaching good football we want our players to be well-rounded citizens and role models both on and off the pitch. It is important that parents/carers/ spectators set an example and follow the code of conduct below both at training and matches
The following has been agreed by the management committee and is binding on all
our members, club officials, parents and supporters. All management committee members, managers, assistant managers, coaches and all other club volunteers agree to be bound by all the club policies in place.
All management committee members have been asked to bring all such incidents to the attention of the full committee to be dealt with.
Anyone in breach of the Code of Conduct will have the details and evidence of such incident brought before the management committee and will be dealt with accordingly.
If anyone who is not a club member refuses to accept the club’s decision, then the matter will be forwarded to the Kent Football Association. At the club’s discretion, this may also have further implications on any player or parent associated with that
person.
Any breach of conduct by visitors to whilst at our ground (i.e. when we are the home team) will be reported to their club, the league and the appropriate county association.
Club Officials – Managers, Assistants / Coaches and all other Committee Members –
The club expects all officials to be on their best behaviour at all times and to set a good example to the players, parents and supporters.
Referees, including parents or spectators who are officiating as referees and assistant referees, have the full authority of the F.A.. It is the responsibility of our club officials to ensure that they are treated with the respect required.
Club officials should not under any circumstances use, or allow to be used, foul language to match officials, players or spectators of either side.
Club officials, at the start of any unruly behaviour from our supporters, should endeavour to stop any such behaviour before it can get out of hand.
Always encourage the players to play the game in the correct spirit. No club official is to enter the field of play without the express permission of the referee.
No club official is to remove a team from the field of play without the express permission of the referee.

Under no circumstances shall any alcohol, in any form, be brought to the touchline.
The players require positive encouragement, so give them all you can at all times.
Parents and spectators are reminded that they are also subject to the laws of the game. You can be cautioned, reported or sent away from the ground.
If required the Kent Football Association or the South East London & Kent Junior Football League can fine or suspend you. In some circumstances they can and will fine or expel the team you are involved in, or the club, from the competition as well.
In certain circumstances, this can have an ongoing effect on player’s registrations with the club or the league.
